What is considered tobacco products?

Tobacco products include any product made from or derived from tobacco, products that contain nicotine, as well as products that include any component or accessory used in the consumption of tobacco regardless of whether they contain nicotine.

What are the Consequences?

•Fines for selling, furnishing, or providing tobacco products for persons under the age of 21 begin at $100.

•Any person under the age of 21 who attempts to obtain a tobacco product may also face fines starting at $50.
