Holly Lasagna, MS

Holly Lasagna comes to Healthy Androscoggin after almost fifteen years working at Bates College. Most recently, she was a Associate Director for Community-Engaged Learning at the Harward Center for Community Partnerships. Her devotion to the cities of Lewiston and Auburn and respect for this community grew out of the many collaborative projects she developed with Bates students and faculty to create rigorous, respectful and reciprocal relationships and projects between Bates and its neighbors. She developed a passion for public health issues as a result of her work with students’ interested in pursuing health related fields who were looking for practical experience that also helped the local community.
Holly has an undergraduate degree from Brown University and a Masters in Leadership Studies from USM. Holly brings skills in social science research, facilitation, community-based participatory research, and cultural competency to her role as the REACH (Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health) Program Manager. In her current role at Healthy Androscoggin, Holly works with mainstream health and wellness providers to help them become culturally and linguistically competent in their delivery of their programs and services.
