Lee Averill, MHA
Lee is the Director of Regional Practice, Region 1 Primary Care for Central Maine Healthcare. In this role, she oversees the operation of 6 primary care and 3 sub-specialty practices. Lee is dedicated to ensuring that all patients have access to timely, affordable and efficient care in the right setting. Lee has also served as the System Director of Quality Services and the Director of Care Integration for Central Maine Healthcare. In these roles, Lee guided quality improvement and reporting, regulatory compliance and care coordination programs for Central Maine Healthcare. Lee’s background also includes work in community and public health program implementation, as well as in athletic training. She graduated from the University of Maine, Orono in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Physical Education, and earned her Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2008.
Lee lives in Auburn with her husband and two sons. As a family, they enjoy most all sports and snowmobiling in the winter
Lee has worked closely throughout her career with the former Healthy Maine Partnerships. Because of this interest and historical knowledge, she was selected to serve as the liaison between Central Maine Healthcare and Healthy Androscoggin.
