Moe Druin

Moe serves as the Detective Sergeant for Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office.  He graduated from the Maine Criminal Justice Academy receiving his law enforcement certification in 2002. Since that time he earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science (AAS) - Criminal Justice from Andover College, an AAS in Computer Technology from Central Maine Community College and he is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Forensics at Champlain College.  Detective Sergeant Drouin is also a veteran of the United States Army.

He enjoys spending my time with his wife and two daughters particularly in outdoor activities like hiking, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling.  His children are also very active in youth sports.

Detective Sergeant Drouin believes in the work of Healthy Androscoggin because, “Working in law enforcement I see the daily effects of substance misuse on members of our community.  It is clear to me substance misuse is not something which can be conquered by one group alone. Partnering and collaborating with community shareholders and organizations such as Health Androscoggin is critical to combat substance misuse and many other community issues.”
