Emily received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Maine at Farmington and taught third grade before deciding to pursue her love of helping others live healthy lifestyles by becoming a nutrition educator for Androscoggin County.

Emily is the author of a two children’s books- Thumbs Up for All, a book about celebrating differences and Annette Full of Friends, a book about unlikely friendships and acceptance.

Emily enjoys teaching others and is very passionate about prevention, nutrition, and active living.
