Lindsay received her master’s in public administration from the University of Maine in 2012 and a bachelor of science in criminal justice from Northeastern University in 2005.
Lindsay has a background in evaluation, policy development, program analysis, and grant management related to community health issues, including chronic disease prevention, tobacco use prevention, healthy eating, and active living interventions, access to care, and the social determinants of health. She was a part of the statewide Community Transformation Grant manager team in Maine and was an evaluator at Hart Consulting prior to starting her work with Healthy Androscoggin in 2021. She began her career as a Drug Court Case Manager in Lewiston and later as the Statewide Coordinator for the Maine Administrative Office of the Courts.
Lindsay is originally from Biddeford and now lives in Sabattus with her husband, two children, three cats, and a one-eyed rescue dog named Penny.
She believes strongly in serving her community and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Community Cares Backpack Program.
